As a wholesaler for home decor Chinoh specialises mainly in the import of baskets. We also supply pots and decoration.
We have been importing decorative items from the Far East since 1972. In the early years we concentrated on developing our three shops. More than 35 years ago Chinoh imported goods for sale mainly in its own shops. The goods were typical Oriental items such as kimonos, Chinese porcelain, Japanese lacquer goods and suchlike. Since early 2010 we closed our shops so that we can focus on our main business which is the wholesale business.
Specialist in baskets
In the early eighties a wholesale business was developed around the products sold in the shops. Over the years since then, we have specialised increasingly in baskets which make up more than 60% of our range. We divide our baskets into 3 main categories: decorative gift baskets as gift packaging, home and storage baskets, and flower baskets.
Those 3 main categories are supplemented with pots and containers in wood, metal and other materials. Twice a year we assemble a varied, unified collection of items. You can get some idea of our collections on this site.
Chinoh has a large warehouse (more than 6000m²) where we keep thousands of items in stock on your behalf.
